Tamara Schmidtner-Baur - Learning Professional
Tamara Schmidtner-Baur has been working as a Learning Professional specializing in instructional design at the Cybersecurity Learning Lab since October 2022. She is responsible for quality management, evaluation, and digital learning.
Ms. Schmidtner-Baur completed her Bachelor’s degree in Media Communication at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in 2014. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Instructional Psychology and New Media, among other roles. In 2022, she completed her Master’s degree in Media and Communication Studies at the University of Augsburg, following approximately four years of experience as an e-learning expert in the human resources development department of a large auditing firm.
