Theresia Gierull - Program Director
Theresia Gierull has been heading the Cybersecurity Learning Lab at Fraunhofer Academy since 2026. Since joining the organization in 2017, she has worked in the continuing education initiative in various roles, initially focusing on communications and program management.
Today, she is responsible for the strategic development of the Learning Lab and coordinates collaboration across the various programs involving the Fraunhofer Institutes and universities participating in the Learning Lab.
Previously, she worked as a Training and Instructional Design Manager with a focus on e-learning, as well as on communication and media projects for companies and organizations.
